摘要：
The designer must choose hardware and software components that have themselves been designed to provide high-speed performance to achieve high-speed image processing. The designer of real-time or high-speed image processing systems needs to pay special attention to software issues as these can greatly impact system performance. A common technique in real-time and high-speed image processing is to buffer image data in memory between sequential processes. In hard real-time systems, it is mandatory for results to be available at a fixed time after the process is initiated.
