摘要
The integrated mast is a new-style mast which is cylindrical and enclosed, with wind load as its main load. Based on the stress characteristics of the integrated mast in the wind, new methods of wind loading were suggested. These methods were simulated by mechanical or fluid force, and experimentally tested the strength of the enclosed mast. The experiment measured the stress response and displacement response of the mast, and the experimental results corresponded well with the numerical calculation results. Analysis shows that the responses of the composite structure and steel structure of the mast both present linear features in the design load, which verifies the rationality of the structural strength design. Furthermore, the large opening area of the integrated mast structure has great influence on strength. The strength-testing method which was introduced has good accuracy, and provides a more ideal alternative method for the wind-tunnel strength test of the enclosed cylindrical mast.
