The customers are leaving the business as they sense indifference and feel neglected than those who give the boot for lower price or inferior product. A solid customer relationship always withstands the onslaught of lower prices and is even likely to withstand inconsistent product quality. The good customers always tell the seller that it is sending out RFPs or planning a reverse auction and they are invited to participate in the same. Approaching every contact, every interaction with the customers with the same zeal, energy, interest, and purpose that actually won the business.
