摘要
To optimize the performance of product recovery and disposal process, and to deal with this complicated problem, the recovery and disposal strategy was studied from five perspectives including product dimension, market dimension, process dimension, policy dimension and environment dimension. And relationships among these five perspectives were also analyzed. Then, for the first time, the decision-making of Product Recovery and Disposal Strategy (PRDS) decision-making model based on Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (FCM) was constructed and the relevant decision-making method was also brought forward. The short-term and long-term benefits were both considered in this method and most of the relevant decision-making essentials were covered. Through the iteration simulation of the method, the PRDS decision-making problem with the feedback dynamics could be synthetically analyzed and qualitatively reasoned. The method was characterized by its intuitional, interpretable and could interact with human in a friendly way. Finally, based on an EU cooperative project, the proposed method was applied to solve the used tire's recovery and disposal decision-making problem. Its feasibility and effectiveness was verified.
