摘要
In order to ensure the stability of wind power and Hydropower co-operation, the vibration of hydropower units was studied, control strategy of active avoidance of vibration zone and control strategy of active crossing vibration zone were proposed. For the case that the power reference value of the parametric hydropower units in the system falls into the vibration zone and does not need to cross the vibration zone, control strategy of active avoidance of vibration zone can delay the time of the unit passing through the vibration zone; For the case that the power reference value of the parametric hydropower unit in the system falls into the vibration region and must pass through the vibration region, control strategy of active crossing vibration zone can actively pull the power reference value up or down to the outside of the vibration region to avoid the unit running in the vibration region. An example was given to illustrate the proposed control strategy, and a simulation analysis of the wind-water cooperative operation control system was carried out. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the strategy. © 2019 Chin. Soc. for Elec. Eng.
