摘要
Headquarters economy is a kind of new economic form that has emerged in recent years. However, the research on the evaluation of development of it is very limited. Based on the explanation of the concept and connotation of headquarters economy, the paper firstly construct evaluation system of the development of it from the view of development conditions, development performance and development potential, and then evaluate the headquarters economy of several cities in China by using the method of MHE, which is put forward on the background of information entropy, finally empirically analyze the influential factors of evaluation score. The empirical result shows that the regional GDP and the tax share are the main factors that affect the headquarters economy. According to the results of comprehensive evaluation of information entropy and regression analysis, it can be shown that the index system and evaluation method are reasonable and feasible. © 2016, UK Simulation Society.
