Award-winning artcraft label takes another leap forward

Burlington, Ontario-based Artcraft Label Inc., which received several awards in the 2007 International Gallery if Superb Printing, has purchased a Nilpeter FB 3300 press and has also installed a CTP prepress system to enhance its operation. The eight-color Nilpeter with cold foils complements the Artcraft Label's Rotopress. The new press has allowed Artcraft Label to make significant inroads into the prime label market, allowing the firm to capture additional customers in wine and specialty food sectors. Artcraft Label has also completed the installation of an EskoArtwork Deskpack workflow system and the EskoArtwork Cyrel Digital Imager (CDI) Spark 2530. DeskPack turns Adobe Illustrator CS into a full-fledged design and prepress production tool. This allows the company to provide color accurate mock ups and digital proofs that are very crucial for wine, health, and beauty products.
