摘要
The condensed polynuclear aromatic (COPNA) resin was synthesized using 1-naphthol as monomer and 1, 4-benzenedimethanol as crossing-linking agent in the presence of p-toluene sulfonic acid, and then allylated to obtain ally COPNA resin. The copolymer of the ally COPNA resin and bismaleimide (BMI) was prepared, and its mechanical properties were studied in this paper. The properties and morphologies of the cured copolymer were characterized by mechanical testing machine and scanning electronic microscope (SEM). The results show that the copolymer exhibits good mechanical properties, indicated by that tensile strength, elongation at break, flexural strength and Vickers hardness of the copolymer arrives at 76.8 MPa, 3.1%, 162.3 MPa and 27.9 respectively, when the mass ratio of the ally COPNA resin to BMI is 1:1. Moreover, the copolymer has fracture toughness, showing some dimples and ductile deformation in fractured surfaces of the copolymer.
