摘要
The maize was inoculated with two arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) Glomus mosseae (Glm) and Glomus diaphanum (Gld) in the cadmium-contaminated soil. A pot culture experiment was carried out to study the effect of AMF on the growth and cadmium uptake and translocation of maize. The results show that the inoculating Gld makes the biomass and phosphorus content of maize increased by 5.79 times and 4.6 times, respectively, and the content of cadmium in shoot decreased by 53.9% compared with those of non-mycorrhizal ones. Infection of mycelium makes the excessive heavy metal keep in the root of plants, and suppresses the transformation of heavy metal to shoot. Inoculating Gld could get significant results than inoculating Glm. Therefore, inoculating Gld could restrain the translocation of heavy metal in remediation of cadmium-contaminated soil on site.
