摘要
Genuinely optimized thermal conditions for pre-forging reheating are the precondition for flexible and energy-efficient heating across a broad range of billet sizes and simultaneously assure maximum quality for the heated product. In combination with IHaz™ temperature-profile modeling software, Inductoheat's InductoForge™ technology for heating of billets fulfills these preconditions ideally and achieves high uniformity of heating throughout the product in all three dimensions. Overheating and hotspots are thus eliminated, while options such as Standby and Cold Start (for accelerated line starting with lower billet rejections) are reliably implemented by means of the intuitive user interface.
