摘要
In this paper, samples with target component Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb(at.%) were cast in permanent mold by the centrifugal casting method and Hot Isostatic Pressed (HIP) at 1270°C/173 MPa/4 h. The variation of lamellar space, grain size, as well as the effect of HIP on precipitation of γ-phase was investigated in detail. Results showed that the minimum grains existed near the boundary and the maximum ones appeared in medial region in selected cross-section of TiAl-base alloy, and the size variations of lamellar space and γ-phase were parabolic. In addition, the expressions regarding the distribution of lamellar space, as well as the γ-phase size in selected cross-section were obtained.
