摘要
To meet the urgent demand of safe, reliable and autonomous operation of spacecraft in China’s deep space exploration missions, the autonomous diagnosis and reconfiguration technology for spacecraft is studied. Since the fault diagnosis and system reconfiguration capability of spacecraft is determined at the beginning of the designing and is limited by available resources, an autonomous fault diagnosis and system reconfiguration method focusing on the system evaluation and design is proposed. Firstly, the status of relevant research and the difficulties to be overcome in the future are analyzed. Then, aiming at these difficulties, guided by the theory of spacecraft diagnosability and reconfigurability, the integrated design method of normal and fault modes, as well as the integrated design method of fault diagnosis and system reconfiguration are proposed to maximize the system diagnosability and reconfigurability through the optimization of resource allocation and diagnosis/reconfiguration scheme at the designing stage. Moreover, the adjustment method of diagnosis and reconfiguration scheme based on capability on-orbit evaluation is proposed to maintain the optimal system state through adaptive adjustment of the diagnosis and reconfiguration process in the operation stage. Finally, the summary and prospects are given. © 2023 China Spaceflight Society. All rights reserved.
