摘要
HJB Rolling Mill Technology GmbH has deployed two patented rolling methods. The discontinuous multistage rolling process (DMS) produces strips with crosswise profiled surface coats. The industries are in a search of a manufacturing process to produce profiled strips, such as metal strips with crosswire or lengthwise running profiles. Discontinuous multistage rolling is a strip featuring a stepped profile over its cross section. The strip rolling process is computer controlled in which rolling takes place in both strip run directions either by the top and bottom roller and rolling plate at the bottom. The inlay method is a strip plating technique using different materials to form one strip with a stepped cross section.
