Dual Doping Strategy to Enhance Microwave Absorption Properties of LaFeO3

Microwave absorbing materials have the ability to absorb and dissipate electromagnetic radiation in the microwave frequency range, making them suitable for use in various applications. LaFeO3 has been recognized as a potential microwave absorbing material due to its unique structure and composition. In this paper, a dual doping strategy was adopted to modify the microwave absorption properties of LaFeO3. The results showed that F− doping into O-site is better than oxygen vacancies to enhance the microwave absorption properties for LaFeO3. © 2024 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
