Optimization on structure of china agricultural domestic support based on increasing farmers income

Aimed at the basis of agricultural increase, increasing farmers' income, rural sustainable development, a structural model of the policies of agricultural domestic supports was set up by analytic hierarchy process. Regarding sustainable development of the rural economy as the goal layer, regarding increasing farmers' income, food security, improving international competitiveness of agricultural products and ecological environmental protection as the criterion layer. The result showed that the farming technology extension and advisory services, agricultural infrastructure services, training services, agricultural research, structural adjustment assistance provided through investment aids, and pest and disease control sequentially weigh a lot in various kinds of the Green Box policies, it is 0.1096,0.1071,0.1036,0.0787,0.0721 and 0.0709, respectively; among the various kinds of the Amber Box policies, the weight of function degree that made by price support, marketing loan, payments based on area and yields, livestock payments on a number of head, input subsidies of seed, fertilizer, irrigation, etc. , and interest subsidy for poverty alleviation loans is 0.1817,0.0643,0.1495,0.3280,0.1379 and 0.1386, respectively.
