Study on accident-causing mechanism in work system

摘要
A more reasonable and scientific model of work system was presented. Based on the model, the hazards and related factors within general work system were analyzed. According to the analysis there should be two types of accidents: one caused by wrongly management of managers, and the other caused by the negative interactions between the workers and other elements in work unit. The results show that the root cause of work safety accidents is the insufficiencies within social environment and work management. The insufficiencies can cause managers' and works' unsafe behavior, and then accidents. Several countermeasures against work accidents are given at the end.
