摘要
The shift quality assessment indexes of the dual-clutch transmission(DCT) were defined in detail from the aspect of control. A DCT vehicle model was built using MATLAB/Simulink tools. A shift quality assessment system was designed. Through the co-simulation of the vehicle model and the assessment system, the DCT shift quality control targets, namely the expected control range of each assessment index was defined, providing the reference and guidance for the shift control strategy and algorithm. Taking the highest level of shift quality assessment as the target function, using the multi-target optimization method of the genetic algorithm, the control strategy of the clutch switch timings during the torque phase and the inertia phase was optimized, and the optimal solution sets of the clutch engaging and disengaging speeds were optimized. Based on the co-simulation platform of DCT vehicle model and assessment system, the simulation results on shift quality before and after the optimization were abtained. The vehicle test results showed that both the proposed shift control strategy and control algorithm are correct, they can improve the shift quality of DCT.
