摘要
In this paper, a design of the CAN Bus based calibration system for electronically controlled engines was presented. The system consisted of an electronic control unit (ECU), a communication module and a calibration software platform. A 32-bit power PC 563 was used as a CPU, and CAN bus was used as a communication bus in the ECU. The communication module was able to perform data conversion between the CAN and USB protocol, and achieve data transmission between PC and ECU. The calibration platform was designed with the Visual C++6.0. The user-interface was clear, simple and easily manipulative. The system was applied in the development of a high pressure common rail diesel engine system, achieving data transmission, parameter display, MAP generation, document operation, and so on, which accelerated the development process.
