摘要
To improve the efficiency of innovative design and the ecological performance of product, an innovative and ecological design method is presented for product development. Based on some TRIZ tools like benchmarking, function oriented search, feature transfer, a new approach to concept innovative design of product is put forward to build a few preliminary schemes rapidly. In order to improve the ecological performance of product, the correlate table of engineering parameters and eco-efficiency parameters is structured according to 48 engineering parameters of TRIZ. By making use of the table and the contradiction analysis tool of TRIZ, the process of ecological improvement to preliminary schemes is constructed. Based on the degree of ideality in TRIZ, an evaluation method used for assessment on design schemes is proposed by synthesizing the degree of functional ideality and the degree of ecological ideality. According to these study, a sequential process model of innovative and ecological design method is built for product development. When the process model is applied to the case of garbage collection device design, lots of preliminary and ecological improvement schemes are acquired quickly. At last, the different design schemes are quantitatively assessed by using the evaluation method. The example have proven the effectiveness of the innovative and ecological design method. © 2016 Journal of Mechanical Engineering.
