Paper forms including accident reports, attendance forms, cafeteria forms, labels, mailers, newsletters and registration forms are still gaining profit, despite the increasing popularity of e-forms. Many manufacturers believe that printed education forms is a slow market, where very few manufacturers have gained success. The mailers sometimes promote the educational facility or promote financial products targeted to students. E-forms have largely affected the sales, especially in the quantity and format of student loan applications. End-users need to self-promote to get noticed in a competitive market because of the need for confidentiality and protection of student information. As the industry continues to move away from some paper-based forms, there will be an increase in promotional and direct mail campaigns.
