摘要
National defense science and technology award policy is an important normal form in the area of innovation. It has a strong guidance on innovation in terms of policy orientation, which reflects three aspects, they are leading direction, updating level and optimizing resource allocation. A modified structural equation model was established by surveying twenty-eight samples based on the theoretical model. Data were obtained through a questionnaire. The action paths and effects of the component elements were investigated. The result shows that the guiding effect of national defense science and technology award policy has a significant positive effect on innovation.
