A new circuit structure for Ga-based image filter design

摘要
In this research, we focus on the performance in reducing the noise of evolving the image filters. Based on the previous method proposed by our laboratory, some improvements are applied in order to accomplish our goal. We proposed image filter structure with mean value. This mean value provides the information of the surrounding environment of the selected pixel and can contribute a lot to restoring the damaged pixel. The performance in reducing the noise will be measured by MDPP (Mean Difference per Pixel). As a result, it is shown that our proposed method is effective under the quality.
