摘要
The paper introduced a new approach of the electric power enterprise's customer service with automatic teller machine from the self-service mode which carried out widely, firstly analyzed the implemented principle and technical architecture of the self-service terminal of electric power, then detailed presented how to take advantage of the self-service terminal of electric power to achieve the kernel function included purchase and sells of electric power, further more, put forward some problems refer to the security of the practice. With the self-service terminal applied in the Kunming Power Supply Bureau, results show that the innovation has an obvious advantage in electric power enterprise's service and it is widely practical.
