摘要
Value stream logistics is dedicated to adapting the value stream method to intralogistics. This article introduces the analysis of a complete logistical system. Based on the analysis of material provision for single processes, it describes the creation of a system view and introduces symbols for depicting KPIs. It results in an overview of the logistical system for identifying potential improvements. A case study demonstrates how to apply the method. © 2022, VDI Fachmedien GmBH & Co. KG.
