摘要
As 200m~500m super high-rise buildings continue to emerge in the southeastern coastal areas of China, the on spot measurement of high-altitude strong wind field parameters has been playing an important role in wind-resistance investigation, which is also blank area in Chinese Loading Coads since there are no corresponding items about wind field characteristics above 300m height from the ground surface. From August 2006, a three-dimensional ultrasonic anemometer has been mounted on the top of working platforms of Shanghai World Financial Center, and turbulent wind characteristics for increasing heights from 246m to 436m have been measured. Krosa (0716) strong typhoon affecting Shanghai area seriously was successfully captured on 8 October 2007 at the height of 436m. The high-altitude turbulent characteristics of Krosa typhoon, such as turbulence intensity, gust factor and integral length scale, etc. were summarized and compared. The PSD functions of horizontal and vertical fluctuating wind were fitted based on Kolmogrove theory.
