摘要
A vertical flow constructed wetland was built by adding Eisenia foetida. The total bacterial count in the surface and bottom layer, urease activity, as well as the numbers of ammonification, nitrification and denitrification bacteria in the Eisenia foetida constructed wetland and the control constructed wetland were compared. Also the effect of adding Eisenia foetida on biomass and urease activity in each layer of the vertical flow constructed wetland were analyzed. The results show that adding Eisenia foetida remarkably promotes the growth of microorganisms and improves the urease activity. In the surface layer (0~20cm) where the Eisenia foetida mainly functions, the total bacterial count, the ammonification and nitrification bacteria count in the Eisenia foetida constructed wetland are 0.86×109 to 3.78×109cells/g, 1.01×107 to 5.75×107MPN/g and 1.88×108 to 6.08×108cells/g, respectively, which are significantly higher than in the control constructed wetlands. Meanwhile, the urease activity in the surface layer of the Eisenia foetida constructed wetland is also improved remarkably, and the transformation and removal rates of organic pollutants and nitrogen are also enhanced by adding Eisenia foetida.
