摘要
In order to evaluate the seismic behavior of the concrete-filled rectangular steel tubular (CFRST) frame structures with filler walls and without filler walls, understand the response of the structures under the earthquake so as to extremely minimize the loss of earthquake damage and protect the life and property safety, four bays CFRST frames with the same parameters were carried on the low cyclic loading tests, the bearing capacity, energy dissipation capacity, failure mechanism and characteristics were researched. The influence of the walls on the strengh and stiffness of frame was studied by measuring the deformation process and whole bearing capacity behavior of the frames with filler walls and without filler walls under lateral forces. The results indicate that the CFRST frame and the filler walls can work together when they connect reliably; the CFRST frames with filler walls have the characteristics such as higher load-carrying capacity and stiffness, smaller displacement and energy dissipation capacity compared with the frames without filler walls, So in the seismic evaluation of concrete-filled steel tubular structures, the advantageous and disadvantageous influence of filler walls on the frame structures should be quantitatively analyzed, the advantageous effect should be considered and the disadvantageous effect should be prevented.
