摘要
A thermal calculation method was presented which is for the fuel combustion process of the oxy-fuel combustion circulating fluidized bed boiler under the real flue gas circulation operation mode. Based on the flue gas incremental analysis method the accurate calculation formula of the actual flue gas volume in the fuel combustion process was deduced. The flue gas circulation process dynamic model and the flue gas composition dynamic variation characteristics models for the oxy-fuel combustion circulating fluidized bed boiler were built which can quantitative analyze and calculate the dynamic variation characteristics and the influencing factors of the circulation flue gas flow, oxygen flow and the flue gas composition during the boiler full condition operation process from start-up to stable operation. On this basis, combining the oxy-fuel combustion circulating fluidized bed boiler thermal efficiency calculation method, the influence on the operation economy of the oxy-fuel combustion circulating fluidized bed boiler by the different oxygen concentrations was analyzed. ©2014 Chin.
