摘要
The ITO is used transparent electrode that has low work function of ∼4.7 eV. In this reason OLEDs needs to match the energy levels between the ITO and organic materials also needs additional materials. In this study, without any additional materials, we demonstrate higher efficiency device than reference devices using Cl2 plasma treated ITO with a work function of ∼5.9eV. © 2013 Society for Information Display.
