摘要
Coat mix (CM) process is a promising way due to its simplicity, low synthesis temperature, efficiency and controllability in terms of producing porous carbon and carbide materials. Because the phenolic resin content (PRO of CM powder can effectively control the composition and performance of the fabricated materials, increasing attention should be given to its preparation. Orthogonal test analysis was used to investigate the relationships between the PRC and technological parameters (mass ratio of PR and silicon in raw material (MRPRS), heat treatment temperature, heat treatment time, aging temperature and aging time). Results indicated that MRPRS had remarkable effect on PRC of CM powder. PRC of CM powder increased as MRPRS increased. The optimum values of the technological parameters are as follows: MPPRS 1 : 1, heat treatment temperature 45°C, heat treatment time 120 minutes, aging treatment temperature 45°C and aging treatment time 90 minutes.
