Encryption algorithm based on coupled toggle cellular automata

摘要
A cryptographic model based on the coupled toggle cellular automata is proposed. According to the characteristics of coupled and toggle cellular automata, a cryptographic system is constructed by using the n interacted cellular automatas as an entity. The simulation results indicate that the cryptosystem can enlarge the key space and resist the brute attack. The introduction of the random numbers makes attackers not obtain unique plaintext and corresponding cipher text, which effectively resists known-plain attack and chosen-cipher attack.
