摘要
Development and utilization of full tailings filling material can not only reduce waste discharge and protect the mine environment, but also improve the efficiency of filling mining. It is the development trend of filling method and an important research topic of filling technology. In this paper, the research on activator proportion for a new filling cementitious material of full tailings is developed for the engineering background of Longshou mine in Jinchuan by selecting desulfurization ash and water quenching blast furnace slag as main materials, using quick lime, mirability and NaOH as compound activator. Firstly, analyze the physical and chemical characteristics of raw materials; then carry out the orthogonal experiments of the ratio of compound activator; finally, analyze the experimental data by range analysis, establish the optimization model of new filling cementitious material of full tailings and solve the optimal formulation of compound activator. The results show that the full tailings cementitious filling body's compressive strength is 2.5 times than 32.5R cement filling body at the same age and condition. The research provides technical support for reutilization of solid waste in Jinchuan mine and finds out a new way to improve the the economic benefits of filling mining. © 2015 ejge.
