摘要
The operating characteristic of wind power generation that is different from conventional power sources makes the differences between the assessment method for wind farm's generation adequacy and that for traditional assessment methods. Based on common wind speed model and considering both output power characteristics and statistical distribution of wind direction, a generation reliability assessment model for wind farm is built; meanwhile considering influences of various wake effects, a simple but effective wake effect model is also proposed; adopting analytic technique, using the proposed models the assessment on capacity credit of wind farm and that on total generation adequacy of power gird containing wind farm are performed by modified IEEE reliability test system which under different experimental schemes. The influencing extents of various wake conditions, which are synthetically taken into account, on generation adequacy and the influencing extents of the number of states of wind farm's capacity model, which are chosen during the calculation, on the accuracy of simulation results as well as the relation between the numbers of states of wind farm's capacity model and wind power penetration levels of power grid are verified by assessment results. Besides, the influencing extents of such factors as wind conditions, layout of wind farms and wind power penetration levels on wind farm's capacity credit are verified.
