摘要
Type SK 5xxE and SK 700E frequency inverters of the Getriebebau Nord company can automatically reduce the magnetization of an asynchronous motor gently to the environment as soon as it operates only at partial load. The motor current is adjusted according to need and fewer heat losses occur. Pumps, blowers, and conveyors therefore operate at lower rotational rates and the current meter turns only leisurely. A large part of all drives in industry can profit from this savings effect. The function is unsuitable only for applications that such as hoisting depend on special dynamics. With active adjustment automation both types of frequency inverters use up to 30% less energy than conventional models that maintain the magnetization in the motor constant above the total rate of rotation range. Both frequency inverter types are aimed at average to higher output demands. The complete models offer sets of parameters adapted to circuit changes, comfortable operating options, and suitability for all common bus systems. The selection of variants can be tuned according to application. The specialty of the Getriebebau Nord company is the integration of the three components of gears, motor, and output electronics into compact units such as gear motors with integrated frequency inverters.
