Application of hypereutectic high-chromium cast iron in abrasive wear at elevated temperature

摘要：
Based on the working condition analysis of the coal burner lining which suffer from the abrasive wear with hot air and coal particles, the hypereutectic Cr15 high-chromium cast iron was selected. The compound inoculation process with Re alloy was introduced. Moreover, the directional solidification and relevant heat treatment were adopted, the burner lining with high wear performance was obtained.
