摘要
A kind of bactericidal agent-double dodecyl quaternary ammonium bromide salts was synthesized by tertiary amination and quartemization reaction of 1-dodeoyl bromide prepared simultaneously in one solvent system. The synthetic time of 1-dodeoyl bromide was decreased to nearly 50% by introducing phase transfer catalyst into lauryl alcohol and hydrobromic acid system and the yield of product obtained reached 23.40% under appropriate reaction conditions. The rothogonal experiment of synthesis of double dodecyl quaternary ammonium bromide indicated that the appropriate levels of the three factors selected were 1:3 (n (C2H7N) : n (C12H25Br)), 8 h (react time), 85°C (react temperature), respectively. The purity detection and IR spectra detection of the products within the amination and quartemization steps respectively showed the successful synthesis of 1-dodeoyl bromide and desired product. The bactericidal performance of the double dodecyl quaternary ammonium bromide was evaluated under aerobic or anaerobic conditions. The killing ratios to sulfonate reduction bacterium (SRB) and colibacillus and the corrosion inhibition performance of the double dodecyl quaternary ammonium bromide could reach 88.0% or higher and 37.86%, respectively in relatively lower concentration (50 mg/L).
