Currently, housing complexes in Japan have been preserved and maintained as a comfortable living environment by collective housing facilities. However, social conditions and residential needs have been changing since occupancy started. Then, there are concerns about the current regulations mismatching the actual situation. Thus, it will be arduous to respond flexibly to the needs of the future. In the study, analyzing the process of transitioning district plans and clarifying how the process by the target apartment complexes was transitioned.
