摘要：
We now present research statistic results in radar images and a mathematical model of brightness setting with regard to digital-image-processing problems. Using a simulation method, we studied opportunities for disconnection and homogeneity in forming radar images. The obtained features indicate applicability of the proposed model in digital image processing. © 2008, Institution of Russian Academy of Sciences. All rights reserved.
