摘要
The ability to function well in a crisis and the ability to function well as a team member are the two primary qualities which contribute more than any other competencies in an executive that he gradually inculcates in him, while working for a company. Team spirit that requires synergy is a key to perform in an organization and contribute to the overall development of both the organization and the employee, minimizing the command and control. Work situations now have been dramatically changing with the line of control gradually becoming vertical from horizontal, requiring less supervision and providing greater chance to communicate among each other. The use of computer on business of any size allows to build strong network in and out of the organization. The key to effective team-work is job clarity, failing to conforming it will completely destabilize the core concept of team building and team development.
