摘要
The aircraft maintenance support is tending from self-support by users to institutes and manufactures assistance. According to the characteristics of Chinese aircraft manufacturing and maintenance support architecture, the maintenance support management method was put forward and key techniques were studied. A hierarchical process modeling method was established by extending the workflow engine which supported setting up flexible relationship of processes in run time and realized automatic close-loop control. Then, the maintenance support cost accounting method was proposed which regarded process time as cost driver. The timeliness and stability of process were discussed, and a process influence degree analysis method was brought forward on the common relationship model between maintenance support factors and aircraft usability. Finally, application of the aircraft maintenance support management system based on workflow in a company was introduced.
