摘要
The efficiency of resource management in building product design directly influences the development cycle and total benefit of a construction project. Based on the analysis of the design process characteristics, resource properties and constraint mechanisms of a building product, crucial issues in model construction, such as fuzzy time definition, resource allocation and management, concurrent iteration of design activities and overlap, are put forward. The resource model based on fuzzy time workflow net in building product design and the simulation are proposed. Using as an example the resource management of a large commercial building in detail structural design phase, the simulation method based on fuzzy time workflow net is verified using CPN Tools, to achieve resource management and optimization of the design process in advance, and control the development cycle and cost of the construction project.
