Study on the characterization and thermal stability of Al nanoparticles

摘要
Al nanopowders were prepared by a arc discharging plasma method. The typical structure, particle size, morphology and thermal stability of the Al nanopowders were investigated by XRD, TEM, heat-treatment, TG and DTA technologies. The results show that the nanopowders of Al are nano-sized with the particle size of 39 nm, sphere morphology, material of thermal stability.
