摘要
Here, taking heavy duty tire with large flat ratio of 1 as the study object and flexible tire body model based on continuous elastic foundation as the base, considering flexible tire body-continuous tire sidewall coupled vibration, the dynamic model of tire with flexible tire body based on continuous elastic foundation was established. The tire sidewall segmental analytical stiffness model considering pre-tension string and structural bending characteristics was established. Effects of geometric and structural parameters of tire sidewall curved beam on tire sidewall segmental stiffness, tire transmission characteristics and modal frequencies were analyzed. The results showed that radial sectional stiffness of large flat ratio tire sidewall curved beam is directly related to geometry, structure and inflation pressure parameters of tire sidewall curved beam; the tire sidewall curved beam segmental analytical stiffness model can be used to realize optimization design of tire modal frequencies and transmission characteristics. © 2023 Chinese Vibration Engineering Society.
