摘要
We establish the reliability models of component failure and fault diagnosis processes of a hybrid redundancy sensor and integrate the reliability model with the semi-Markov processes. We propose the quantitative analysis method to combine the algebraic model with the supplementary variables. Then we use the algebraic model to reduce the reliability model to the logical sum of failure modes and the supplementary variable method to solve the reduced semi-Markov processes. Finally we use the distribution functions to deduce the time-sequential failure probability calculation formulas, which are used to seek the probability solutions of various failure modes. The numerical analysis and the comparison with other typical methods show the generality of the reliability model and the accuracy and convenience of the quantitative analysis method. ©, 2014, Xibei Gongye Daxue Xuebao/Journal of Northwestern Polytechnical University.
