Research on Type Ⅰ crack tip stress in FGM plate and FGM hollow cylinder based on SIF homogenization method

摘要
The important FGM structure parts in engineering machinery (plates and hollow cylinders) were considered in this paper, and based on the homogenization transform method of SIF in FGM, the expression of the relationship of stresses between FGM structure and the corresponding homogeneous structure was determined. The influence factors such as material composition, crack size, crack location and geometry dimension on the stress ratio at crack tip were analyzed by calculation, and the high dependence of crack tip stress on the material gradient index was revealed. © 2022, Editorial Board of Journal of Ship Mechanics.
