摘要
7093 Al alloy was prepared with the spray-forming method and 7093+TiC Al alloy composite material was prepared with a in-situ reactive spray-deposition process. Microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloys treated with 420°C hot extrusion and different solid solution were investigated. The effects of in-situ TiC particles on microstructure of the spray-deposited 7093 Al alloy was examined. The results show that the recrystallization temperature of 7093+TiC Al alloy is higher 10°C than that of 7093 Al alloy. When the temperature of solid solution treatment is up to 490°C, Cu-rich particles in 7093+TiC Al alloy are dissolved completely, and over-burning phenomenon is not observed. After heat treatment of 450 °C×3h+480 °C×3h+120 °C×24h, the ultimate tensile strength of 7093+TiC Al alloy is 754 MPa and its elongation reaches 7.1%.
