摘要
In order to resolve the difficulties of the Multi-axis Independent Electric Drive Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MIEDHEV) control technology, including how to coordinate the inconsistency between rapid change of vehicle driving power and demand of stable voltage of special equipment, and how to balance economy, dynamic performance and passing ability of multi-axle independent electric drive system, this paper presents a hierarchy control system of MIEDHEV. On this basis, the strategies of vehicle power following energy management, gain scheduling PID control and multi-object driving force control are researched. The detailed forward simulation and real vehicle experiment analysis and validation of the control strategy are carried out. The simulation and experiment results show that by applying the supervisory control system to the MIEDHEV, the MIEDHEV can successfully realize the main functions. The APU control system can assure the voltage fluctuation to be within 3%. And multi-object driving force control strategy enhances the mobility of vehicle while increasing the efficiency of driving system by 4%.
