Study on evaluation index system of graduates' employment quality based on labor rights

Based on related research on evaluation index of comprehensive quality of University Students' employment at home and abroad, this paper based on the perspective of labor rights, from the eight aspects of right to work, remuneration right, the right to rest, occupation training, occupation safety and social security select 34 university students employment quality evaluation index. And the analysis of Delphi and analytic hierarchy process to the empirical selection evaluation index, establish evaluation index system of University Students' employment. © 2014, Journal of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Research.
