摘要
The oxidation of cyclohexene by hydrogen peroxide to produce 1,2-epoxycyclohexane results in some byproducts. Meanwhile, unreacted cyclohexene still remains in solution. The byproducts and cyclohexene must be removed to get high purity of 1,2-epoxycyclohexane. Vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) data of the cyclohexene(1)-1,2-epoxycyclohexane(2)-cyclohexanone(3) ternary system was studied at 101.33 kPa by an improved EC-2 VLE reactor. The VLE data was predicted by Wilson equation of three corresponding binary system. Meanwhile, the VLE experimental data was correlated with Wilson equation. The error sum squares of the vapor composition were used as the objective function to get the model parameters. Variations between the values from the predictive value, theoretical calculation and the experimental data are negligible, which indicates that the experiment data are suitable for engineering design. ©, 2015, Zhejiang University.
