摘要
CdSe nanoparticles were synthesized by using hydroxylated poly(styrene-b-butadiene-b-styrene)(SBS-OH) as template, N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvent, cadmium acetate and Na2SeSO3 as precursors. The optical properties and morphologies for the synthesized CdSe nanoparticles were determined by UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL) and electron transmission microscopy (TEM) measurements. The results show that CdSe nanoparticles with apparent quantum confinement effect can be obtained by taking advantage of amphiphilic properties for SBS-OH micelles in DMF. The absorption strength of CdSe nanoparticles increases as the concentration of precursors and reaction time increase. PL results show that CdSe nanoparticles with good luminescence properties can give an apparent band-edge emission. TEM result shows that about 3 nm~5 nm single CdSe nanoparticles can form 30 nm~50 nm nanocomposites through self-assembly of SBS-OH.
